YouTUTORTube.com is an online video social networking site that provides "EduTaining" video content - content that is both educational and entertaining, in order to help those who wish to further expand on knowledge already acquired, and to stimulate the desire to become better informed on a variety of topics, business and non-business related. Video has long been recognized as an entertaining medium. We believe that video educational & informational content combined with a lively, engaging, and positive delivery style, provides a higher rate of assimilation and retention.

By visiting/accessing YouTUTORTube.com, its content, features, and/or services, you agree to obide by our present Terms of Use, and any future modifications (so visit our Terms of Use page often).

TWO WAYS TO REGISTER:

1-To register as a "Visitor Only", go to our parent site at www.WnbNetworkWest.com, click on the registration button and sumit the short form. By registering, you will receive our email/eNewsletter informing you of new content available on YouTUTORTube.com and our entire network. You must be 18 years of age or older to use/visit YouTUTORTube.com. Younger visitors may visit our site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
2-To register as a "content provider", simply go to the home page of YouTUTORTube.com and click on "SIGN UP" on the top right side of the page, and submit the information requested. As a content provider you must be 18 years of age or older. Those under 18 years of age wanting to provide content, must ask a parent or legal guardian to register and provide the content for them. In this case, however, we do require that the parent or legal guardian contact YouTUTORTube.com by telephone prior to registering, at toll free 1-877-955-8800.

There is no cost to register at this time. However, we do reserve the right to charge for registration and/or access to content and/or services. Other terms and conditions may apply to the registration process in the future, and will be posted accordingly. We reserve the right to terminate your registration as a user or content provider at any time, and for any reason without notice.


PROVIDING CONTENT - RIGHTS - COPYRIGHTS

By submitting content to YouTUTORTube.com, you warrant to be the sole copyright owner of all your submissions, and/or that you hold a legal licence to the content you are submitting to YouTUTORTube.com, and/or that you have received explicit permission from those who own these rights, or share them with you, to submit said content to YouTUTORTube.com. Your also warrant that you hold licenses, consents, releases and/or permissions to use the name and/or likeness of each identifiable individual person in your content submissions, and the posting of said content does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, or any other rights of any person or entity. You further agree to grant to YouTUTORTube.com and its parent Wnb Network West a non-exclusive, royalty-free, and worldwide license to access, use, modify, perform, display, reproduce, copy, prepare derivative works of, transmit, publish and distribute your submissions. You also hereby grant to each user of YouTUTORTube.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to access or use your submissions for their personal, non-commercial use as permitted through the services and functionality of the website. Content providers retain any rights they have in photos, videos, audio files, text and other materials submitted to YouTUTORTube.com


PROHIBITED CONTENT

You may NOT submit or post content that includes: 1-Foul, obscene, abusive, hateful language; 2-Content that promotes racism, hatred of any kind, and bigotryature; 3-Content that is illegal, misleading, and/or false; 4-Pornography; 5-Content promoting the exploitation in any form/shape of children; 6-Content showing crualty to animals.


CONTENT ACTIVATION

For security reasons, all content submitted to YouTUTORTube.com must be reviewed by YouTUTORTUBE.com prior to be activated on the site. This process may take up to 24 hours. In the event of a particular appropriate submission deamed to include some "questionable" clips, content provider will be contacted to discuss editing out said clips.

YouTUTORTube.com reserves the right not active, and delete, any content submissions for any reason at any time.
